Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Rosen's Boutique. We value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in the original packaging, when applicable.
- Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Undergarments and intimate apparel.
- Swimwear without the original hygiene liner.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A damaged item.
- A defective item.
- An incorrect item received.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Rosen's Boutique is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
